Meet Stacy, Owner
Stacy (Ztaise) Bradley is the new owner of REFRESH Beauty Bar. She brings 25 years of experience as a massage therapist, nonprofit manager, and business leader. Now she is elated to combine her love for the spa industry, her love for people and community, and her love for supportive business into her dream job as the owner of REFRESH!
Stacy raised her three children in Ann Arbor and now resides with her sweetheart, Dave, in Midtown Detroit. She loves stately green trees and sparkling lakes in the summer and cozy fires with hot cocoa in the winter. She is impressed with the comfortable and personalized experience provided at REFRESH and looks forward to sustaining our welcoming community environment for years to come! Meet Michelle, Founder
Michelle Millikan is a native of Michigan and has lived and raised her family in the Commerce area for over 25 years. Michelle is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a degree in Business Management and attended Brighton Institute of Cosmetology to become a nail technician in 2007 and more recently esthetics in 2019. She has worked for some of Metro Detroit’s best day spas that helped her learn and grow to truly love servicing in the spa industry.
Michelle is a devoted mother of 2 boys, a wife and a compassionate Christian. She has serviced family, friends and neighbors of the lakes community which led her to spread her wings deeper into the Commerce community by founding a small, personalized spa.
